Hi,

This is my new house

it was built with SEASONS EP, so it might not work on pre Season game.

on 3x4 lot
the price is about 168.000

using mainly maxis contents
the only custom content used was
2 sided R Giles's transparent tile by Niol, and it's not included

the house is suitable for a family of 2 with no children, or with a teenager
child who want to live seperated from the main house, etc.


since it has relatively big outdoor space.
it needs a gardener to keep it nice.

it is fully furnished with 100% maxis objects.

Since I'm not a pro on this kind of work, I'm not familiar with advanced
building cheat and tricks, that's why this house is so simple,
the only cheat I used was roofslopeangle.
