Here is another small starter home for your sims. A nice small family house. There is no custom content to download, so just install and play
Rooms: 2 Bedrooms (one double and one single), 1 Bathroom, Kitchen with dinette, Living room, and back porch
This house is furnished to fit the needs of 1-3 sims. Intersting features include a split level kitchen and cover back porch. There is also some decor and landscaping.
