Description:
Small house with fenced-in garden, furnished for 3 sims. Open kitchen/dining/study and a small living room on the ground floor, two bedrooms on the top floor. Porch and terrace in the garden, enough room for two driveways next to the house. Playtested for two sim days; the open gallery on the top floor is small but works nicely (there's not a lot of traffic up there).
