Hey. I feel in a uploading mood, so here is another house for you. I call it 'Harmonious Living'. It is called that because harmonious means a perfect balance, and this house has that balance, that balance is mainly because it has a very small land area but a very large house.

My first idea was to make it a starter home, but the size of it took it out too far. I tryed to make the house as close to §20,000 as possible, while still including the basics. So it ended up costing §25,726. It requires Uni, NL, Ofb and Seasons. As I mentioned before, the land size is very small; 2x2. Now for a quick description:

- 2 Bathrooms (One is an ensuite to the Master bedroom)
- 2 Bedrooms (A single bed in one and a double in the other)
- 2 Storeys
- All the essentials; kitchen, lounge room, room for a driveway. etc.
- ALOT of spare room inside the house to place furniture when your sims have some spare money.

It has no Custom Content so it should save the stress on some peoples PCs.
