Hey, well here is my 3rd upload in about a day. This is my first starter home, and I am quite pleased how I kept it under §20,000. Sorry, no dictionary definition this time, becasue well the the name is pretty much speaks for itself. It was built on another small piece of land 2x2. It ended up costing §19,958. It requires the usuals, Uni, NL, Ofb and Seasons. Now for a quick description:

- Has a kitchen. (Stove, fridge, sink, microwave, bench, table and chair.)
- 1 bedroom.
- 1 bathroom. (Bath, sink and loo.)
- Top deck (Also has telescope up there as well, if your sims have some spare money it would make a very good entertaining area).
- Lounge room (T.V, couch, bookcase)
