My titles are getting simpler and simpler. Anyhow, Maison Moderne (Modern Home, obvious, I know) is a two-story family home. Designed for either an expecting couple or a couple with up to 2 children, Maison Moderne has enough room to expand for your Sims' needs.

The lot features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, along with a kitchen and living room. There's also a pool with a grill and recliners. The entire home is Maxis-furnished and has been scanned with the Clean Installer.

The home is built on a 3x2 lot and costs $46,117.

It is compatible with all or no EPs, thanks to the wonderful Base Game Starter Pro, created by Numenor. Maison has been tested, and worked fine for me. If you have any bugs/feedback, don't hesitate to PM me or comment!
