Nouvelle Inspiration--A Modern Home on Old Inspiration

Nouvelle Inspiration was inspired [vaguely] by the raised homes of New Orleans and all around Louisiana. Okay, so they don't look like this. But I thought it would be cool to do a house on stilts. That didn't work out, so I ended up with Nouvelle Inspiration.

The entire house is built basically in a pit, but a rather pretty pit at that. The first floor consists of a pool and grill area, along with a path that outlines the whole house.

Once you climb the stairs on either side, you will come up to the actual
home. It's meant for two Sims and includes a bedroom, office, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and another balcony.

Nouvelle Inspiration is fully furnished with mostly Maxis content, plus some CC too. The cost is $60,283 and the home is on a 3x3 lot.

Warning: there's a TON of landscaping, so download at your processor's risk if your computer is slow or has the bare
minimum system requirements for TS2. You were warned. Also, it was created post-Pets patch and doesn't have any Pets content. So it's OK to use without Pets.

Please don't bug me about how it resembles nothing like the homes on stilts, 'cause I already know that. It's not supposed to be that way, anyways.
