Horror Homes #1: The McNeil House

I've undertaken a new endeavor, to create the homes from those most treasured and endearing gore-filled, vomit-spotted, and blood-laden films. The first in this series begins with the Georgetown, Washington D.C. home of actress Chris McNeil and her demon-donned daughter, Regan. The floor plan is not quite in synch with the film, as I took this mostly from memory, and the outside is about 90% faithful to the exterior of the house used in filming. There are three bedrooms upstairs, a sitting/dining room, good size kitchen, and another room which could be used as a living room/study/library downstairs, and a basement to round it out. The front courtyard functions as a driveway. Also, it should be noted that this lot looks best situated on a corner. :]

Roof!
The roofing will only show up as white if you have Niol's roof shader mod installed, as it is a lighter gradient of the Maxis default grey slate roof. You can find Niol's roof mod HERE if you desire it. Otherwise, the roof will remain as its default dark grey slate. :]
