I have always loved the architecture of Russia and Ukraine, and though this particular lot isnt an incredible example of it by any means, it was a fun attempt at it. =] This was meant to be a community lot, but in an absent-minded moment I believe I had the "Residential" box ticked, so hopefully your Sims won't mind living in a refurbished piece of property. The lot includes the main church with cleric's quarters, a rose garden, and a mausoleum which could easily be turned into a (very) small residence. It sits on a 3x4 lot and comes with a price tag of 278,200 simoleans.
