::The Southport:: - Lovely New Victorian

Hi, all.

Finally, another upload - it's taken me a while, but I have finally uploaded this lot. It is called the Southport, and it is modeled after real housing plans, which you can find here. This was originally a request I received from bravesgurl777. (sorry it took so long).

Moving on....
The house is 6 floors high altogether, but you only really use two. It has a very widespread floorplan (see pictures). There is room to create a basement, if you wish, but the original plans did not call for one.

Bedrooms: 4
Bathrooms: 3 1/2
Living and Family rooms, kitchen, dining room, breakfast nook, and patio with room for eating and grilling on.
Garage: 2-car attatched

It's on the classic foundation, and the deck foundation for the deck portion of it. It also has a gazebo attatched to the patio.

(Note: Because garages must lead out to the road, the house is better placed perpendicular, or so that the "front" of the house faces a road, also)

I did not use much custom content for this house (I removed all custom content with the CleanInstaller before I installed this), but I did use some. They are not included with the package, but if you want to install them, you can find them here:
