Here's another one of my victorian houses. Maiden666 requested some victorian houses and i gave it a try.
This house is more American victorian than English victorian. The victorian houses in the US seem to be grander and more luxurious than the English ones.

The house has 6 bathrooms (on each floor 2), 3 bedrooms (1 on the first floor, the other 2 on the second floor), a nursery (second floor) and 3 spare rooms (1 on the first floor, the other 2 on the third floor). It has a nice sized kitchen with table and chairs, a formal diningroom, large livingroom with studyarea and library. All for 276.629 simoleans. The house stands on a 5x5 lot.
