This is a really simple duplex that I made intending to use it in the college as a rental property or in a town for new couples or young adults before they have children. There is a common area in the middle where the main entry is which includes a television area, a pool table, dart board and a chess set. There are two apartments, one on each side that are mirror images of each other in every way except for the bedroom furniture. There are also two garages, one for each apartment attached to each side. I hope you all enjoy this!!!!!
