This lot comes fully, um well, mostly furnished? Don't get me wrong, your sims can move right in and function fine, but they may want to earn some money before winter comes as their only form of cooking is a grill out in the common area. Whether or not your sims will like it? Well they will have a roof over their head and a place to sleep and shower. There are three small trailors on this lot all complete with a bathroom, bedroom and a kitchen/dining area. I like to call it a work in progress and you can take it and make it your own!!! Hope you enjoy!!!! Thank you Senesi2003 for the use of your 13" TV on my lot, without that my sims would have been heartbroken!!
