I also have made them default replacements.
There are the four basic skintones as well as an alien replacement.
Thanks to donnymeloche's skill these have almost no pixelation.
They work for all ages.
(NOTE) You should remove any other default replacements that you are using as they may conflict.
They will work fine with the Semi-Realistic Skintone 3 mod as well.
Thanks again donnymeloche for his skill at skining and giving me permission to make this mod.
