I'm baaaaack. Been a while since I've uploaded. Well, it's been a long time since I've played at all, let alone built anything. I'll admit that this house is scantily furnished, but it has the basic necessities, and a few frills. I figured that when you download, you can take out what you don't like, and put in what you do like as you see fit. Originally I had the second floor set up as a reading room, but I took it out, figuring that someone might want another bedroom. Or a bigger living room. Or whatever your sims might need. The bedroom is quite small, but you can fit two single beds, or one double bed if you choose.
There is a reasonable amount of room for adding on, if you remove the fence to the right side of the house. Enjoy. And, well, as always, feedback is appreciated.
