This is one of my favorite houses to play, though it's not really extraordinary, I just think it's beautiful and I thought I would share.
It is built into the countryside, with an addition built directly over a creek that trickles down a ravine at the back side of the property. The landscaping is lush and features a beautiful garden for reading a book or just relaxing in nature. It is built on a 5X5 lot, costing 289,933 fully furnished. It 5B and 4.5BA, which I how I have it set up, but the layout makes it very versatile. The uppermost floor has two bedrooms furnished for young children, and two bathrooms in conjuction with the bedrooms. The main floor features an open plan kitchen, and a den.. which can easily be converted into a dining room for larger family meals.

There is a beautiful sunroom with multiple windows which can be furnished in many ways. It is suitable as a relaxing room,or even as an extension of the kitchen. There is a television room with a picture window featuring a beautiful view of the landscape outside, and an adjoining study room. Just down the stairwell is a recreational room complete with a wet bar, fireplace, TV, pool table, and stereo, perfect for parties or entertaining any guest.

The master bedroom is spacious and decorated in a simple, modern style, with a walkthrough closet and a very private bathroom featuring a large built in shower and wall length mirrors. Another bedroom in the basement is small but suitable for 2 sims, as it is furnished with a double bed, and also has a beautiful view of the ravine and overlooks the pond to the back of the property. This home also features a guest bedroom, furnished for a long visit, but perfect for even an overnight stay.

The main floor also features a convenient half bathroom, and there is yet another full bathroom in the basement also convenient for guests or company.
