The Little Palace

This not too big, but still palace-styled home offers 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 pools and 2 garages.

1st floor (Main floor)
Elegant stairs are leading to the main floor, which is 2 stories high. A little vestibule opens into a grand entrance hall with the staircase. To the right there is a powder room, the kitchen and the dining room. To the left there is the living room and a library with a little gallery.
From the full-glazed backside of the hall you have access to a terrace, the pool and a hot tub in the garden.

Ground floor
2 garages are here located as well as an indoor pool with a gym and hot tub. There is also a game room, a shower room and a powder room.


2nd floor:
Here you can find all the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms.

3rd floor:
The little atelier in the dormer is accessible through spiral stairs.
