Located in the hills of Del Sol Valley on the lot of the former Bailey-Moon Manor this ultra modern white glass house takes full advantage of the amazing views. There are two bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, infinity pool, gym, bowling alley, three car garage, spa, sauna, game room, cinema, recording studio, night club, vault and lots of terraces. The whole house has a black and white color scheme.

First Floor: Walk up stairs surrounded by rich vegetation and enter into the entry foyer that is connected to the staircase and a hallway leading to the spa area with massage room, sauna and hot tub, a powder room, a game room and the garage. The west wing of the house contains a bowling alley and lounge that are accessible via the terrace from the floor above.

Second Floor: This floor has an open floor plan with a generous dining room table and bar area including custom wine storage, the living room with a huge TV and a custom fire place, a grand piano and chess table and an office nook with custom book shelving. There is also a big custom aquarium between the living and dining area and a glass floor looking down onto the staircase.
The gym is located in the west wing of the house and is accessible via the terrace.

Third Floor: Going up the stairs you will find a little atelier for painting and some items for a cat.
Walk over a glass floor looking down into the aquarium to get to the master bedroom with fire place, sitting area and en-suite bathroom. Another glass hallway on the other side of the house connects to a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Basement: Here you will find a little kitchenette with popcorn and ice cream machine right in front of the entry into a cinema.
There is also a fully equipped recording studio and a dance club with karaoke machine and dj booth.

Lower Basement: One level under the basement you will find the family vault.

The house has terraces on every floor with outdoor seating and dining areas, an infinity pool, a bubble blower, yoga mat and meditation areas.
