St James Court




St James Court is a quiet residential street just on the outskirts of town. Boasting 9 properties, it consists of 4 x 3 bed detached, 4 x 2 bed semi detached and 1 x 3 bed bungalow.

The houses are empty, (except for wallpaper and flooring and I dotted a few shrubs and trees here and there to take the pics) so this is a blank canvas to furnish to your hearts desire :D

No custom content was used for this lot and although I have Bon Voyage, I am 99% sure I didn't use any BV content, so this might work without, but don't quote me on that.....lol

The cars and road end were placed with the moveobjects on cheat and only one house has the bin and mailbox, so you might want to add more - I know there are some fake ones out there somewhere, but I didn't want to add any custom content

Not played or tested because, as I have mentioned before, my graphics card does not handle the big lots well, (another reason why the houses are empty....... )
