It´s a small lot and comes without plants, because you can place it as beach lot or up the hills or simply in the woods.
In the basement you´ll find the garage, indoor pool with jacuzzi, a small room (bedroom or maybe office) and a smaller one I use as bathroom.
On first floor I have a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, a room for living and dinner and a big balcony
