Found this "Park Drive 1" in Sims2 and thought I give it a try for Sims3. It has plenty of room for your sims.



Upstairs

you can find 2 rooms, a bathroom and a balcony going almost around the complete house.

Downstairs

you´ll have a dinning room, Kitchen, Study, bathroom on one side and a big living room on the other side

Just the basement is missing this time, but I´m sure you can fix that by yourself if you need it.
