This house is based on one I used to live in, except I only had half of one floor converted into a 1 bed apartment! I always seem to do better when I work on builds that I have real life experience of.

I don't often package my big houses, as I tend to build them as I play, adding floors as my family can afford them, so this is a bit of a rarity! It is partly furnished, it's playable for a decent sized family and the function of the rooms should be clear from the furnishings, but I havn't filled it up with expensive stuff, because I want to move one of my current families in soon, so it needs to be affordable!

The house has a large garden with greenhouse and a pool. It also has a garage.

There is a basement, but it is empty, it would be a good games/party room, or a workshop for workbenches or career reward objects, or a band practice room - I find basements are good for the stuff that isn't really in keeping with the rest of the house!

On the ground floor is a kitchen, a dining room, a small WC and 2 reception rooms, currently unfurnished, these would be good for a pool table, card table, bar, stereo - all the stuff you have for visitors and parties.

On the first floor is a family living room, a study, a large bathroom, a nursery and a double bedroom (currently unfurnished).

On the second floor is a kids room (big enough for 2 singles) a playroom, a bathroom, and the master bedroom, which is ensuite and has a separate dressing room.

The attic could be a self-contained unit for a teen or grandparents, there is a large living area (currently unfurnished), a bathroom, and a double bedroom.
