Your sims won't want to live anywhere else! This 3-story townhouse has everything! Fully furnished (except for lighting) and complete with pool, it is reasonably priced at $83,000. It looks wonderful in a variety of colors, and because it is on a 2 (wide) x 3 (long) lot, can fit practically anywhere in your neighborhood.

Downstairs, there is a one-car garage, a bathroom, and an enormous bonus room, suitable for working out, parties, whatever use you can think of. (It also makes a VERY nice store if you have OFB.) The main floor features a separate foyer as well as kitchen, dining, and living rooms and two bathrooms. Upstairs is the master bedroom as well as three children's bedrooms, a nursery, and two bathrooms. The bonus room downstairs can easily be converted into more bedrooms. I have a family of 12 living in this house, with two more bedrooms on the bottom floor. The house runs very well on my computer, even with a family of 12.
