The Contempo Pink was built using Numenor's "Any Game Starter" Mod and includes content from University and Nightlife only. It CAN be played in all EPs/SPs beyond these two. University and Nightlife are only the basic requirements.

The lot does NOT require the AGS mod to work. It just allowed me to build a custom home without all the EPs so that more Simmers might enjoy a modern look.

No custom content is included. Fully tested with no bugs detected.

Comes with 1 bedroom, 1 bath, Kitchen, Living/Dining and a pool.
No appliances, plumbing or lighting (had to keep it under $20k!) are included.




The photo below shows the lot all "gussied up" on the outside. This is the lot I play with a few pieces of CC and some trees from BV. It was included to give you and idea what the lot would look like with a bit more landscaping. This is NOT the lot included in the rar file! I am considering uploading this lot based on the response of this post.
