Cute House (started out as a cottage)

As you can see, my "cute cottage" is not very cottage like at all, in fact it turned out to be a lovely house with 3 bedrooms though one can be used as a study.

there is a downstairs bathroom and upstairs bathroom both with toilet, sink and bath, the upstairs bathroom also includes a corner shower unit.

The house is decorated simply as to ensure no expansion are needed though open for business is needed for front door and windows. This hoome is easily redecorated to your tastes


There is a porch before the main hallway perfect for a table to put the paper on or bills waiting to be paid
A full fitted kitchen



This home also has a beautiful patio area waiting to be used. It is raised slightly and has much room for a BBQ, outdoor dining area or even a tent!



There is also still room for a driveway.





This house is so great for any sim, with large spacious rooms and a relaxing garden area for only £55,148
