This is my very first upload! YAY
With this house i was hoping to achieve a house built for a elderly couple to retire to.

This is the perfect home for any elderly sim to relax at. There is a large kitchen and dining room there is a bathroom in the corner. the living room is split into 2 levels using the stage, the ground part is to play pool and the stage is to read, watch tv or use the computer. upstairs there is a master bedroom and single bedroom (for a relative to stay) both decorated to match. there is also a bathroom. coming from both bedrooms is a balcony which also leads to the flat roof where sims could rest, you could even put a jacuzzi up there maybe
