Grand House - 4 bedrooms

I totally fell in love with this house when i saw it online. But i had to make some modifications so it would work in the Sims! I had to flip the floor plans because the garage doors and pieces will only flip 90 degrees in one directions. This house would be perfect for a family with two parents and 3 kids. each bedroom (all on the second floor) has its own bathroom; there is also a loft and a "media room" (complete with TV) on the second floor. The first floor has a 2-car garage, den, living room, family room with fireplace (if anyone knows of a FP that works on a diagonal, let me know), large kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room. It also has 2 half-baths on the first floor so there should be less congestion when you throw a big party! The house has a front porch that wraps around 2 sides and a pool out back. I put it on a corner lot, but it's not necessary.

Thanks to the creators of all the custom content, including Architect Andrew for the curved stairs (which still work like straight stairs, so it looks a little funny when your sims use them), blake_boy for the new modular sofa (looks great in my loft!) , and whoever it was who figured out how to rotate garage doors. now only if that worked in all directions...
