So, your sim has a lot of money, and wants to show off his/her wealth, but doesn't want a huge mansion? I mean, who really wants to keep all those extra guest rooms clean? I present to you Grand Petite. A grand beach house on a smaller scale.


Grand Petite comes on a medium 4x3 lot and will take a measly $113,371 out of your sims pocket. The three bathrooms and kitchen are mostly furnished.
