Basegame Boat House vacation home on 3x3 lot, $19,931

This little Boat House style home uses only the base game Sims2 and is set up as a starter on a 3x3 lot. In my game, I am using it as a vacation home suitable for any of the three types of Bon Voyage vacation lands. As a starter, it is very minimally furnished (no lights or bathtub, for example). I've also included some screen shots of it set up as a vacation home for up to around 8--which runs around $43K.

The other screenshots show a more developed version, including changing the roofslopeangle to 30 (from the default 45 degrees) using the tools from the Pets expansion. Here is the exterior of the upgraded version
