Do your sims get repeated wants to go swimming, despite having no pool on their lot? Maybe they should head on down to the gym?

Although this lot is built with basegame stuff, it looks better if you add some exercise equipment. Since the basegame does not have its one wimpy weight machine on the community lot menu, it is not included here. But if you have some of the expansion packs, then you'll be able to put exercise equipment in the gym. Note, in the main game, sims only gain body points if the gym is in a University town. You need a mod that allows community skilling to gain body skill at the gym in a non-university setting.

The store on the right and the top floor are empty facade to give that city feeling. The 'working' portion of the lot is the first and second floor of the gymnasium.
