This is from one of my other neighbourhoods, The Paradise Estate. It is based around what we call a Stately Home in England, ie a very large, classically styled house with extensive grounds.

Well Paradise Hall (which you'll be seeing soon hopefully) is the family home of the Featherstonehaugh (pronounced Fanshaw) clan. Unfortunately times being what they are for the upper classes, Simon the current owner has had to sell off most of the land just to keep up repairs on the family pile.

This house is a new build on what used to be the 50 acre field. It is a spacious family home on two floors, decorated and landscaped ready for your sims to furnish and at a very reasonable price!
