39 Oakridge Drive - by request

Oakridge Drive™ is my series of houseplans which I stumble upon online. Like larsson1970 (whose downloads you should see) I believe my Sims should live real so I use real houseplans.
Well, larsson1970, myself, and cmkb396 decided to have a little three-way builder challenge/thingy... Anyway, we all gave a houseplan to each other, so six in total, and are going to build them for each other. This lot is larsson's request and at first, sorry larsson, it reminded me of a candy cane or along those Christmas lines, but I suppose it works with the passing season!
So I hope larsson and all of you enjoy the lot and check back to see the rest of our lots in our builder three-way thingy!

- unfurnished (larsson keeps his empty so I thought I'd amuse him =P)
