The 6th installment of the Pelican Lane series rolls onto the showroom floor today.



6 Pelican Lane is a 3-6 bedroom, 3-4 bath beach or vacation home that features:

A private beach with swimmable ocean.
A basement carport, with parking for 2 cars.
A walk-out basement apartment (perfect for live-in help, or extra bedrooms).
A great room with deck/beach access and ocean views.
A large kitchen which is open to the great room.
A master suite on the first floor, or a private family/rec room.
A main floor study/nursery.
2 double bedrooms on the second floor.
1 single bedroom on the second floor.



*Pretty notice: You may have to download the invisible driveway recolor by roddyaleixo in order to not have the Maxis driveway uglifying the place.

If you are using one of my custom neighborhoods, download 6 Pelican Lane.zip.

If you are using Maxis beach neighborhoods, download 6 Pelican Lane Maxis.zip.

6 Pelican Lane.zip may or may not work in Maxis 'hoods. 6 Pelican Lane Maxis.zip will NOT work in my custom hoods, so download accordingly. There may be minor cosmetic differences (different plant placement, etc) between the 2 houses, but I tried as much as possible to keep them the same.
