5 Pelican Lane

After much hair-pulling and eye-gouging, the 5th house in the Pelican Lane series has appeared.



5 Pelican Lane is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath beach house or vacation home that features:

A private beach with swimmable ocean.
A basement carport, with parking for 2 cars.
A walk-out basement apartment (perfect for live-in help).
A great room with deck/beach access and ocean views.
A large kitchen which is open to the great room.
A master suite on the first floor.
4 bedrooms on the second floor, each pair connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath.
Upper deck access from the second floor.



*Pretty notice: You may have to download the invisible driveway recolor by roddyaleixo in order to not have the ugly Maxis driveway uglifying the place.

If you are using one of my custom neighborhoods, download 5PelicanLne.zip.
If you are using Maxis beach neighborhoods, download 5PelicanLaneMaxis.zip.

5PelicanLne.zip may or may not work in Maxis 'hoods. 5PelicanLaneMaxis.zip will NOT work in my custom hoods, so download accordingly. There may be minor cosmetic differences (different plant placement, etc) between the 2 zips, but I tried as much as possible to keep them the same.

There may be problems with the Maxis.zip in Bluewater village. I've tried my best to get it to fit in all of the old neighborhoods, but the terrain is so variable that I can't promise it will work in all of them. It worked fine in my test neighborhoods, but some people are reporting problems.
