Hellooo Guys,I present you my Mystic "Poisonous Forest".
This picture can max all your sims needs without use cheat "maxmotives".
I use Don Lothario as example,now look:

*****This picture have problem,when you use interaction"Dance for Fun"not all your sims motives will max but,after second animation,i'm sure your sims motive will max expect room.If you know how to fix it,please tell me.
