I spent 2 days caressing every single part of this house to make sure that it is as perfect as I can get it. Well, after taking a look at what a modern house should look like, I'm delighted to say I've done my homework. This house is suitable for 4 people. There is actually an entire level between the first and second floors to add depth between the 2 floors (can you imagine walking on thin carpet on the 2nd floor?). Above the garage is a party area for your sims to hold their own "ceremony of matrimony", the pool is under the balcony, which too has the double thickness it deserves. There is a green house near the back. No car included with this house. Free to design the interior as you like. 100% clean of CC so you can breathe easily.
