Green Lake-Bountiful lake scenery

I was using my computer and all of a sudden, this idea pops into my head and shapes itself as i work. so now i present "Green Lake". I used SC4 RH to label the streets as so:

1. Elsa Road
2. Blake Circle (runs around lake)
3. Amy Cresent
4. Colin Way
5. Trent Road
6. James Close
7. Kathy Street
8. Gwen Road
9. Andrew Avenue
10. Eva Way
11. Hannah Close
12. Greg Circle
N.B: Please remember to "flip" the road labels, (i.e: Greg Circle is on the left in the SC4 pic but it's on the right in The Sims 2.)

I'm sorry, but i have absolutely no experience in making a BV Beach-enabled neighbourhood, so the lake is out of use for beach lots (believe me, i've tried). Also, in an attempt to add trees and such to make Green Lake "Green", Some trees overlap, if not smother, some streets, Particularly Trent Road and Amy Cresent. The Sims 2 pics were taken with me using abit of work to remove some problem trees, but you will have to remove them yourself to clear some of the streets. A camera hack isn't needed to see all streets, however, a camera hack is needed to see all the streets at once.You can use the one i've included in the extra RAR file. (I made the camera hack, so you won't find it anywhere else.)
TIP: i had trouble with this because i had the network addon mod for SimCity 4. you need to disable it (move it out) since it tampers with road intersections
