This small Victorian-style starter was actually created for my own SimSelf, but it turned out so pretty, I just had to share it! All skill items are included, no custom content was used. Also includes alarm clock, smoke detector, and security alarm. This is a true starter that Sims should be able to move right into and actually use! All furnishings are Base-game only, but I'm not exactly positive about all the building elements, so I listed all the EP's that I had installed at the time of the build, just to be safe. It's a good bet you don't need all of them.

-You may 'renovate' this lot to your heart's content for personal use in your own game.

-You may include this lot, unaltered, in uploads to ModTheSims2. Please provide appropriate credit when doing so, and a link to the original post so Simmers can see what they're getting. Also, let me know so I can see what you've done with it!
