I love Bon Voyage, but my Sims can never seem to afford vacation homes without money cheats. However, when I read about an Under $5k Challenge at TheSims2.com, I felt inspired! With my imagination kick-started, and with MaryLou's 1x1 lot at my disposal, I found myself able to create a series of fully furnished beach vacation homes that would meet basic needs and still be affordable.

As a result of that, I'm happy to present the Beach Hut Series. Each lot can be used as a vacation home, or a primary residence.

Under $3,500
Fisherman's Hut

All basic Sim needs met
- Hunger: mini fridge, toaster oven
- Bladder: toilet
- Hygiene: shower
- Comfort: bed
- Energy: bed
- Fun: stereo
- Social: telephone
- Environment: Beachy Keen paint, windows
