This is a very light-filled and airy home for your Sims. The two towers at the front both have 4-story cathedral ceilings.
The first floor holds a music room (in the left tower), two baths, study, kitchen, dining room and living room (in the right tower). This level also has the central 2-car garage, two greenhouses in back, as well as the swimming pool with island (from which this home received its name).

The second floor holds 4 bedrooms with 4 private baths, a playroom, a balcony in back and a game loft, which is open to both towers, and has its own 2-story cathedral ceiling.
The third floor houses the master suite, which contains a private bath, sitting room and bedroom. The exercise room and a hobby loft (open to the game loft below, and to the towers) are also found here, as well as a balcony in back.

The fourth floor is home to the party room with sitting, dining, bar and dancing areas, 2 restrooms, a balcony in back and a large front balcony with an elevated hottub. This floor is also open to both towers and part of the hobby loft.
The house is almost fully furnished (the 4th floor baths are unfurnished) and contains only Maxis content, except for some floors and walls I created and couldn't resist using!
So come on in, the water's fine!
