neighbourhood shader mod for the Silver monkey [in testing]

Here comes the neighbourhood shader mod,
I've not tried all the possibility in my testings, it requires at least EP5 Season and/or EP6 to show the changes based on the time, season or weather, but it's compatible with EP7.

Features:
1. one will only see the adapted Gunmod pool surface as the "ocean" surface in a rainy night. A lot reload may be necessary if the lot turns night without rain.
2. different neighbourhood water colours for different seasons for the in-lot view.
3. most of boulder become translucent flash-blue in colour.
