Being with the greenies, getting out of the urban, seeing no business, wanting no complicated hi-tech, where would you like to go? A Simple Park can be one of your choices... We've got a beautiful pool for you to enjoy and/or sun-bathing, a chess-y area for you and your dears to chat and play, a BBQ site to taste the wild nature, a lovetub to enhance the relationship between you and your dear, a swing for "swingers"...!

Sorry, I didn't really use any jg's coloured lights in this version of the lot, so it's compatible to all.:P
As for the terrain painting,sorry, TS2 engine can't distinguish which paints a person is using and will pack whichever appears in the dl folders. Even worse is that the stupid engine counts any "missing" (even though not used at all) terrain paint (present in the game system during the the lot making) as "absence of terrain paint" and so will delete all the terrain work. I can't help it and lost most of my terrain paint works! So, if sharing lots, only install the terrain paints you're gonna use and save them along with your lots.

F. File Decompression & Install Tips:
F0. If the file extension is "exe" in the zipped file, just doulble-click to open the self-extractable file with "exe" by winuha2 SFX and it'll extract the compressed house/lot sims2pack out.after you click "next"/"extract"
If the file extension is "7z" in the zipped file, just extract it as if it's "rar" or "zip" when WinRAR >=3.41, 7-zip-manager >=3, power archiver >=9, ZipGenius >=6 or else is used.
Please read the decompression text to learn more different types of compression/packaging formats.
F1. unzip the zip downloaded file with zip-supported compressor or above or else by right-clicking and "extract...(whichever way)"
F2. you'll find a file with an extension ".7z" or called 7-zip. just decompress/extract it as if it's "rar" or "zip" when WinRAR >=3.41, 7-zip-manager >=3, IZArc >=3.5, power archiver >=9, ZipGenius >=6 or else... by right-clicking and "extract...(whichever way)"
F3. double click on the sims2pack to open it. To install it with Clean Installer is recommended coz you can choose what to install to avoid unwanted or redundant contents installed into your game system.
F4. Installation of a lot without ensuring the presence of the corresponding terrain paints can be destructive to the lot files.

F5. [No restart of the game] is needed to [install a lot in sims2pack file] and [access the installed lot @ "house bin"]. The trick is by any means to have your neighbourhood screen reload. Say, entering a lot and go back to the neighbourhood screen, or switching to another neighbourhood. After a neighbourhood screen has reloaded, the installed lot will appear in the house bin without the game restart. This is true when the Clean Installer is used.


G. Play-tips:
G1. Whenever geting a new house, you can scan and choose for things in the package with Clean Installer before installation
G2. You can ALWAYS check the playability of the lots to your system @ lot-building mode in the neighbourhood screen before playing them.
G3. Should you need, you can play-test it with the cheat "BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled (True/false)".
