I chose to build my first lot based on my actual house. It's a raised bungalow with split level entrance.

1 bedroom, bath and den downstairs with garage, as well a boiler room which I suppose can be made into another bedroom in game.

3 Bedrooms upstairs with 2 baths as well as dining/kitchen/living. Also, in the interest of realism full closets with doors with a pantry and linen closet are included as well as the closet our laundry machines are put it.

As for the yard, I tried to use a new technique for creating a sunken 1st level, and my dad and I actually built the deck exactly like the one in the lot this past summer!

I tried to make the furnished version as close as possible to my house, so I used some positioning objects maxis cheat codes which may make some items unusable, but I included a completely unfurnished version as well as the furnished in the zip if you wish to use your own objects. Also, sorry about the oversized lot, since this was my first creation, I didn't have a good reference point in my head regarding lot size .
