Yesterday, on a rainy day, I decided to build a house.

This great playable house has no CC or hacks, so you can download it with out worry & just move your sims in and enjoy.

Enter the house to find an open layout, see straight into the groumet kitchen with breakfast nook and large bar area. Turn to the left to find the attached garage and bonus area (with pet supplies). Split level stairs lead to the bonus room and also to the family room or basement. This is such a flexible area. Turn it back into a basement and put the TV in the livingroom or leave it the way it is - the choice is yours! Go back up stairs to find the wide hallway that leads to the master suite with sitting area and master bath. The master suite is charming with it's own private patio. Go through the kitchen or exit from the family room to the beautiful landscaped back yard. The backyard has an BBQ area/Bar area that has access from the family room or down a flight of stairs from the back - how convenient for those great sim parties! Outside there's also a sparkling pool complete with water slide and diving board. There's also a green house and a pond area, perfect for fishing.
