My first upload to Modthesims2.com....just wanted to see players (downloaders) reactions before I go and upload all of my houses.

This particular house is a 2 Bed, 1 Bath home. Large Kitchen and Living Area with access to oversized porch are some of the homes amenities.



This is pretty much a basic straightforward house.....and I know a lot of sim2 players like simplicity so here ya go.
