I present to you all the Queen Anne Manor. This lot was based on a real house located near Wantage in rural Oxfordshire UK. It is a delightful Grade II* listed Queen Anne Manor House which dates back to 1402 and is listed in ‘The Perfect English Country House’ by Candida Lycette Green.
I have fully decorated this house in Maxis base game furniture to asure that it loads perfectly. It is simpky done so that you can either move straight in, or customise to taste.

I layout contains:
An Entrance Hall.
Kitchen Diner
Utility Room with facilities
Sun House Breakfast Room
Livin Lounge.

To the First Floor their is:
Landing
3 Bedrooms with possibility of conversion to a study etc
Family Bathroom.

The grounds are fully landscaped with pagonda with dining facilities.
