Hello folks, today I have a three storey apartment block with a vaguely deco feel to it for your single sims, newlyweds or for moving those townies into.



Each floor is laid out in a similar fashion and comprises a studio style kitchen/dining/living room with a separate double bedroom and bathroom.
They are fully furnished, although a couple of them don't have TVs and one doesn't have a computer so if your sims want them they'll have to go earn some money and buy them.



Each apartment has its own front door off the stairwell so it should be possible to set it up to restrict access to the occupant only if you choose to do so. I know Inge Jones has a very comprehensive system involving keys to limit access so you could try that here: http://simlogical.com/sl/Sims2Pages/Sims2_Doors.htm

The roof is set up for a spot of sunbathing or a barbecue, or some stargazing if you prefer.
