This modern home features 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan kitchen/dining/living, a study/3rd bedroom, a 'cinema' room and a garage. There is also a small outdoor dining area out the back. The gardens are very low maintenance with only a few hedges to trim. There is no driveway (I couldn't remember where I got the invisible recolour from) so I left it out so you can add your own. The driveway is covered by a glass roof.
