This beach house includes:
3 bedrooms.. Master Bedroom has a private bath and dressing area

3 Decks.. one with a hot tub

The lot is lightly furnished in Maxis-only content to define the areas and inspire. The color scheme is light, cheerful, and (hopefully) pleasing.

There's a little bit of unused space between the garages.. this is left over from modifying the original floorplans. It could be used as a guest bedroom or a playroom for the children.. or whatever you want it to be.
