There was once an artist by the name of Hubert Fernswarthy, a humble man who lived in an even humbler abode.
Fernswarthy didn't have many visitors, and the few that came were shooed away.
Truth be told, the artist liked his nectar more than most people...which is to say he liked nectar more than he liked most people.
He was content to live in his small trailer, spending all day painting...until the day he died, and his home was put up for auction by the bank.
This is a small lot (20x10 tiles), fully furnished with only Maxis content, is pre-tested and free of hacks. Made using one of aelflaed's Sunnyside Residential Lots, found here.
